Why You Should Reduce Your Sleep Hour

Sleep is a natural way of cooling down our tensed nerves. It rejuvenates the body. To be candid, sleep is good, but where it is too much, it eats destructively into human destinies. People that are highly productive have the habit of waking up very early to tidy things up, to think, to organize, to plan, and to prepare their speech. They have known that early hours are the most productive hours of the day, they are less busy, they are the best time to think and find solution to problems. A good mathematician wakes up early in the morning to solve mathematical problems he could not solve during the day.

Well known, the body loves sleep but where it is disorganizing your purpose and vision on earth makes it a problem that must be dealt with. Before embarking on your daily assignment(s), you need to begin with the necessary spiritual and mental preparations to create a necessary enabling atmosphere for its actualization and manifestation.
For instance, how old are you now? let us say  40, if you sleep for an average of eight hours a day. Multiply it by 365 days we have in a year this will give you 2920 hours in a year. Multiply again by your current age. This means out of the 40 years you have spent on earth, you have slept away 116,800 hours, and by implication, you have slept away 13.33 years which means you have 26.67 years left for productive ventures.
Can you now see a reason you should reduce your sleep hour, so you can maximize the purpose of your existence? Cultivate the habit of sleeping early so you can wake up early to face the challenges ahead of you. To start with, set up the alarm of your clock to wake you up latest 5.00am. Discipline yourself to abide by it. If you do not rise up early in pursuit of your vision, then be ready to watch it fade away like pictures on the screen. Success can only answer to those who can rise up early to prepare. Remember, little sleep little slumber brings poverty to a man's doorstep.
